LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Kentucky's Primary Election is on Tuesday, but people wishing to vote early can now do so. No-excuse, in-person absentee voting in Kentucky runs from Thursday through Saturday, according to the Commonwealth of Kentucky State Board of Elections.
