Since arriving in Louisville in 2014, Teddy Abrams, the Music Director of the Louisville Orchestra, has always had something innovative percolating in his musical brain. This time, it's a once-in-a-lifetime full orchestra performance inside Mammoth Cave featuring world-famous cellist Yo-Yo Ma plus a multi-year musical journey across Kentucky beginning in May.In April, Yo-Yo Ma be in Louisville for a five-day immersive residency with the Louisville Orchestra. The cellist will join Abrams and the full orchestra for a performance including Shostakovich's "Cello Concerto No.
