The guy at the grill goes really, really slow. He moves like he's very high. The wait was long, probably because of the grill guy. The drive thru was closed by a delivery truck so I'm pretty sure it wasn't a factor in the wait times. Dining area was maybe half or a bit more full at best. I think the main reason it takes so long is grill guy, and the fact that the people in there have no idea how to call out seperate orders. A woman called out "double cheese, patty melt". I knew it wasn't mine because I had only ordered one burger, with specifics. Nobody else answers, and we're all just standing there looking like morons- customers and the lady with the bags held in one hand. She eventually elaborates on my order so I know it's mine. Overall, food wasn't bad but they need to hire people who know how to communicate, specify separate orders (and if the order us custom), and move faster.

Salad was good, which is the only reason I give it one star, but can't say that for the service nor the restaurant itself. The floor at front counter was sticky not to mention the rest of the dinning floor with food on it everywhere. Not just a piece of bread or pickle, but lots of food and no one lifted a broom to clean before diners were seated. Took a very long time for food to come although others come in after me and got same thing but left before my name called. Very, very poor service and they should not have a A displayed. Will not be going back, probably not to any stake and shake again
